  How do I set the Hero Slides on my site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  You can edit the Category of posts that the Hero Slider will use through Appearance > Theme Options > Hero Slider.

  

  You can add posts to the slider by adding the Category listed there to the post. Here’s some information about Categories:

  Can you look at my hero slider and tell me how to fix it? I was able to add photo’s but the sizes are all wrong and the photo’s overlap.

  Hi there!

  Let’s start with your post ‘Hero Slider.’

  1. It looks like your featured image is too big for the slider space. I would suggest cropping the image to 1600×440.

  2. Since this post is all pictures, I would suggest putting them in a Gallery. You can find more information about this here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/gallery/

  3. In the same vein, since this is a set of images, I would suggest using the Gallery post format. You can read more about post formats here:

  If you also make similar changes to the rest of the posts you’ve added to the slider, everything should start looking right!

  I removed all the pictures and altered the one remaining to the dimensions you specified and it is too large. Help?

  Also, How do I remove and change the KC Girls words on the hero slide. I would like to put the logo currently up in its place and have the slide be only pictures.

  Hmm. Can you try the dimensions 1200 × 440? If that works, let me know and I’ll update our support documentation for this theme.

  That’s the title of your website. You can change it through Settings > General. You won’t be able to upload a logo there.
