setting the moderator

  I cannot find the place to turn moderation on or off. I’ve looked through everything, including the FAQ and this forum.

  Sorry if I missed it, but can someone help me?

  Dashboard -> Options -> Discussion -> Check the box labeled “An administrator must always approve the comment”
