How can I set my time zone?

  When ever I log into the general settings to set my time zone to Winnipeg, there is no save button, and it resets itself to Abidjan.
  I would like to be able to schedule posts, but I can’t till I get this crazy time zone thing fixed.

  Please help.

  I changed the timezone for you. May I ask what browser and version are you using?
