  Hey there @tawanna0a971076d1, thanks for your patience. Right now I see this account with no sites associated with it. The site teambroadway3.wordpress.com is owned by another account… is that also you?

  Are you able to log in as that user? There is an upgrade under that account that needs your attention. If possible, please log out, then log in using the email address that gets renewal reminders. Then you’ll see your upgrades here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  And, when you’re logged into the upgraded account, so long as the upgrade is active, you’ll be able to access support directly at this link: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
