    Yesterday i signed up for an account. I had an account with the same name before but could not find it.
    So I tried making a new one but was scared by the user unfriendlyness of the programme. After trying for some hours I gave up and cancelled my order.

    I’m sorry you had a negative experience in trying to sign up for an account. But I’m not sure how to resolve this either.
