Setting up a business email.

    I am unable to set up the Gmail accounts for a business. I do not know how to do it, and need help figuring it out. When I enter the email addresses I want to create and enter the billing information, I get a notification saying ‘Submitting Payment’, after which the next notification is ‘Google Apps is currently active on that domain. X’ And the payment does not go through.

    I don’t see any domains in your account. What is the domain to which you’re trying to add Google Apps?

  • That domain is owned by the username, hofopro, not the username you’re currently logged in as. Please log in as the correct username, then you should be able to add a Google Apps subscription.

    If you still get a message that Google Apps is already active, it means that someone has previously bought a Google Apps license for that domain directly with Google. In that case you’ll need to contact Google directly to gain access of that account.
