Setting up a business email.

I am unable to set up the Gmail accounts for a business. I do not know how to do it, and need help figuring it out. When I enter the email addresses I want to create and enter the billing information, I get a notification saying ‘Submitting Payment’, after which the next notification is ‘Google Apps is currently active on that domain. X’ And the payment does not go through.

I don’t see any domains in your account. What is the domain to which you’re trying to add Google Apps?

That domain is owned by the username, hofopro, not the username you’re currently logged in as. Please log in as the correct username, then you should be able to add a Google Apps subscription.
If you still get a message that Google Apps is already active, it means that someone has previously bought a Google Apps license for that domain directly with Google. In that case you’ll need to contact Google directly to gain access of that account.
