Setting up a contact form

    I’ve tried several times to set up a contact form but it doesn’t show up any where on my blog site. Not sure what to do next or if I’m doing it correctly. I get the form, fill out the basic info, hit “publish”, but still don’t see it. Any help is appreciated.

    Obviously you created a page and added the CF to it.
    Most themes automatically display links to your published pages in a top nav menu, but some themes including DtD don’t have such a menu by default. You can go to Appearance > Widgets and add the Pages widget to your sidebar. Or (more complicated) you can create a custom menu; details in this post of mine:

    You are clearly much more skilled at this process. I tried to go though the Appearance > Widget add page process and it just displaced my archive and login side bar on left with a number and “About” page which looked unfamiliar?? Suggestions?
