Setting up a "Contact" window

  How do I set up a “contact” window where someone can send me an e-mail directly to me e-mail address. I saw one a “2012” website. My web-site is called “Brand New Day”. I really like this theme so I don’t want to change it. Is it possible to have a “contact” window (as described above) on this particular theme?
