Setting up a map tracker on my site
-
Dear WordPress,
I would very much like to have a map set up either on the homepage or another page of my website that links to this page: http://share.findmespot.com/shared/faces/viewspots.jsp?glId=0vjuMjipxOkoZq2LnjDZQ1M4qojqsYShH & maps the progress of a journey I am currently undertaking – similar to this webiste page: http://www.everytrail.com/view_trip.php?trip_id=765079.
Can you let me know if it is possible to do this? Or do I need to purchase an add on to enable me to do this?
With many thanks,
Annie

Hey Annie!
First, can we talk about how amazing your mission/ride is?! I read your About page, and I wish you the best of luck as you get going.
With regards to embedding the map on your homepage, we do have a method for embedding Google Maps into your site:
But, unfortunately, I don’t think we have a way to embed the Find Me Spot map that you shared. Normally, embedding those maps requires some code that we block by default at WordPress.com for security purposes. I scoured our shortcode list, and I couldn’t find a way to make this work. I apologize!
