Setting up a new domain using a deleted domain name

  I have set up two new domain names, of which one I want to keep, but with the name of the first domain… Is it possible to delete the first, and then change the name on the other domain using the name that used to appear on the deleted one?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Site deletion is permanent and we are not able to restore a deleted .wordpress.com site address.
