Setting up a picture gallery page

  Can anyone point me to instructions on how to set up a picture gallery with thumbnails etc on the page. I am trying to set up a new page on my blog for pictures on varying topics and wondered if this can be done by having picture categories and when you click it opens up the pictures inside the topic.

  On WordPress.com, we can use a built-in feature called a “Gallery”. You can read more about using the Gallery here:
