Setting up a Portfolio: "Your Custom Content Types" is missing in my Settings.
-
Hi, I am on my latest version of WordPress, and wanting to set up a Portfolio function.
According to this support page (https://en.support.wordpress.com/portfolios/), I should have “Your Custom Content Types” option in my Settings, but somehow it’s missing.
Did anyone have the same problem? If so, how did you solve this?
Thanks!

Hi there. What is the URL of your blog?
If you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site you won’t see that option, as it only exists on WordPress.com. on WordPress.org I think you need a plugin to get that feature. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You can find help with a WordPress.org site here: http://wordpress.org/support/

Hi kokkieh, thank you for your response!
My blog is SO under construction and out of date, so I didn’t put it up here, but here it is! http://www.kimiekim.com
I don’t even know if I am on .com or .org, so my challenge starts right here…! Thanks!

Thanks for the URL. Your site is definitely on WordPress.org, as you’re being hosted by GoDaddy, not WordPress.com. Please post in the WordPress.org forum for more help.

Thank you so much again, kokkieh!
I had no idea I was on .org… and it’s definitely good to know!I hope you are having a pleasant evening! :)
