Setting up a site on .com or .org

  OKay, Im totally confused.

  I have been pratting about with trying to set up a site using a theme and then customising it. (purpose theme). I now believe that the problems stem from setting it up on .com rather than .org I cannot get any plug ins or see any code etc.

  So here is the problem, while trying to work out what was wrong, I upgraded to the premium package as it appeared to have ‘customising’ functions. I did this about a week ago. Now I see that I have to cancel that and start again on .org with an external hosting service.

  Can anyone give me simple instructions on how to get a refund for the $100 I just paid?
