Setting Up a Theme from 17th Avenue

  Hi. I am trying to create a blog on Blogger, and recently purchased a theme from 17th Avenue. It gave me instructions to go through Word Press in order to set it up, but I need help. Thank you

  Perhaps you ought to be getting in touch with Blogger if that is where you want to be. This is WordPress.com and themes purchased from 17th Avenue Designs don’t work here anyway. They sell themes for use at Blogger or WordPress.org.
