Setting up a third blog

  I am not so techie. I have two web sites that were set up by someone else. I want to start a third, personal blog. I have a domain registered at blue host. How do I set up my WP blog? Do I have to download again?
  Help!

  Then if you want to go with WordPress.com, go through http://learn.wordpress.com. Then, to map your domain, follow these instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
