  I started to create a website, but needed to change some info so I went back and started over and now have what appears to be 3 sites for which there are separate charges. How do I cancel and start over?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What are the addresses of the other two WordPress.com sites besides https://christianefrance.wordpress.com/ ? You should be able to request a refund of an upgrade yourself if you are within the timeframe 48 hours domains/30 days plans and logged in to the correct account. See: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
