I keep trying to set up my site as 3D-Fitness.com but it created 3Dfitnessdotcom.wordpress.com Now, I have a zillion accounts. I need to redo this. Please advise asap!

Hi @kelli3562 , no worries. It looks like you don’t have mapping for this domain yet, so here’s what you’ll want to do:
1) Go ahead and buy mapping here:
https://wordpress.com/domains/add/3dfitnessdotcom.wordpress.com2) Point your domain to our nameservers. Here’s how:
https://support.godaddy.com/help/article/12317/setting-custom-nameservers-for-domains-registered-with-usUse these settings:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.com
3) Wait for a few hours for those settings to take effect. Then you can make the domain primary here:
https://wordpress.com/my-domains

I purchased the mapping but want it to be 3D-fitness.com.
I paid and took care of that part..could be an issue. when I type it in, another website comes up. I need to get this done asap…my biz cards are on hold due to this. ugh…I tried step 2 but it was not help. Stuck..please advise. -
Hi @kelli3562, do you own the domain name 3D-fitness.com ? It appears to be registered already through GoDaddy by someone in Louisville Kentucky.
If you have access, please point the domain to our nameservers using these steps:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comHere’s how:
I’ve made 3dfitnessdotcom.wordpress.com work again in the meantime, but once you’ve updated your domain’s settings (assuming you’re the owner — it’s been registered since 2003, I noticed) you can make the domain primary.
Or, if you don’t own that domain and would like to register a new one, let me know and I’ll restore the domain credit.

I appreciate your support but I have decided not to go through wordpress directly for my site. I went in to my account and deleted the domain mapping charges and requested a refund but I need to also cancel my premium upgrade order charge of $99 and receive a refund.

Thank you. I found another charge from 1/2/16 for $21.90 but have no idea what it’s for. the order# is 919300001. Hope that helps.
