Setting up account / buying domain

Dear Word Press Team,
I want to buy a domain to set up a page for our new business in jamaica. I am asked for a ZIP Code / postal code which i cant provide because there is none where we live in jamaica. So im stuck now. Alternatively i could put in my address in germany…but business and resident address are in jamaica. What should i do now?

From a previous thread with the same issue, the staff (@supernovia) stated,
…where are you in Jamaica? If you’ll click on one of these areas you should be able to find a code that will work. http://www.geopostcodes.com/Jamaica
If this doesn’t assist, you can add the tag modlook to your post and a staff member will review this thread for you.

I also found a reference here by another Staff member to a “hard-coded a generic code into our system” for Jamaica, but I’ll tag this for Staff to make sure this is still relevant since it was posted last January.

Hi there,
It looks like any two-digit number should be accepted, though the codes shown at the geopostcodes link above should also work.
