SEtting up an account

  I am fed up with WordPress. I signed up for an upgrade and got
  $96 worth of credits but it didn’t actually upgrade my account. I don’t see how to use these credits for the type of plan I selected. In addition the wordpress website name that I wanted was taken so I chose something else but instead it reverted to something I don’t want. The Bot is absolutely no help. It is telling me I can’t speak with an agent unless I am on a paid plan, but I just paid!!!

  WTH is wrong with this site. It’s terrible!
