  I want to set up an rss feed for my posts can you help please?

  Thank you for that but what I want is to have all my new posts submitted to an rss feed .
  I need my sites feed url address. My site :
  http://www.banishanxietyandpanic.com

  I cannot find any reference in my sites admin panel to an rss feed and I thought all wordpress sites had this facility.

  I am new to this so I would be grateful if you could not be too technical.
