Setting up blog on blog.mydomain.com

  Hi All

  I have a wordpress blog that I would like to host on my domain (which I will refer to as mydomain.com). There is already a website on mydomain.com so I need to host the blog on blog.mydomain.com. Can anyone offer me any advice on how to do this.
