Setting up classroom blog

    I’m trying to set up a class blog for my students. everyone of them who has tried to sign up for the last hour + is getting a message saying, “limit reached, you can try again in 60 minutes…” Is this because I’m doing this from a school computer lab, or…? i’ve tried to set up a blog myself, and now it’s giving me the same error. HELP!

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    This is an anti-spammer measure and I guess it’s making it appear to WordPress as if you’re all coming from the same IP, which would be a problem. I’ve heard of other people encountering this as well and wish I had a solution for you that was at the beginner level.

    As it is, if you use TOR, each of you should appear to come from a different IP and that should work around it, but beginners don’t really know anything about TOR.

    The best way around this is to have each student sign up as homework.
