I would like to add employee emails to website. For example if a potential customer goes to our website and goes to contact us I would like them to have the option to click on a name like (email visible only to moderators and staff). Is there a way to do this using wordpress and how to go about setting that up.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hello @maxperf2012 – There are 2 different options for setting up Email hosting with your WordPress.com site. You can use Google Apps (for a fee) or Zoho.

    Example email addresses:
    contact – @ – yourdomain . com
    hello – @ – yourdomain . com

All email addresses will appear as [email redacted] in the public forums to help with privacy protection. Anyone with a WordPress.com user account has access to the information posted here.

    Email Forwarding is another option.

You will need to upgrade to WordPress.com Premium in order to obtain a Custom Domain and enable any of these email features on your site.

Please let me know if you have any further questions about this information.
