Setting up DNS and connecting domains on the server

    hello
    I am trying to configure a WordPress homepage using a server (Windows). I would appreciate your help
    My current purchase is a server, a domain, and a domain.

    I want my homepage to appear when I type my domain into the address bar.
    I changed the wordpress address (url) and site address (url) to my domain, and I added DNS record A and CNAME from the site that provides the domain to my server IP.

    If I enter my domain address on my server, I can connect to it, but if I enter the domain from anywhere other than my server, I can’t connect to it.

    Hi @jhtdain32 since you purchased a separate hosting service, it appears that you intend to self-host your website and do not intend to host on WordPress.com. So I recommend you look for support on wordpress.org forum. You can access here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
