Setting up email account

  Want to set up an email account for eg (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  Is this possible?
  if so what are the necessary steps required?

  Certainly. You can set up customized email addresses with our email forwarding feature, as seen here:

  You can add your email forwarding for your custom domain here:
