Setting up email address with blog domain

  I registered my domain with WP when I set up my blog (it was not registered anywhere else). Can I set up an email address to match it (i.e., (email visible only to moderators and staff))?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just wondering… Will one of the options above be able to give an email address with the domain name? Lets say (email visible only to moderators and staff)? And not (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  What stood above was info at my domain dot com rather that something like my domain at zoho dot com.
