    Hi there,
No I’m sorry but there is the FTP access to WordPress.com hosted blogs and we can’t upload plugins or third party themes so don’t help with that. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/

This is the WordPress.COM support forum. If you are not referring to a wordpress.com hosted blog then you need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

I have no plans of transferring blogs, documents, uploading plugins/custom themes.

I’m having issue with connecting my web-site with cdkeys.com as I’m an affiliate to that web-site then I have to “Note: In order to verify your website, please copy the verified key and insert to your website header OR download the verified file and upload to your host. Then click to “Verify now” to verify.” and I do not know how I can do such thing, because I’ve just stared using wordpress.com again!

And no, I’m not using wordpress.org and I will never will because I do “not” trust it.

It has a meta code and/or file which I can upload (HTML) file.

What you are asking to do you are not capable of doing on any WordPress.COM hosted blog. This is a multiuser blogging platform. Our blogs are not free standing and we do not have FTP access. Therefore we cannot access metadata and insert anything into the <header>.

The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
    http://en.wordpress.com/apply-for-wordads/

Advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com is not allowed. Posting of some affiliate links is possible, provided the blog is an actual blog and not just a storefront with links in every post driving traffic to external sites. http://en.support.wordpress.com/affiliate-links/ closely.

WordPress.com allows bloggers to insert text affiliate links within post and page content to most third-party affiliate programs, provided they are not the primary content of the site in question.

Image affiliate links in posts and pages and any banners, affiliate links in sidebar or footer widget areas, are still considered to be advertising and are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs.

There are no such restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities. Please see this guide to learn about the differences.

Well! Let me give you a closer look what I mean by that ..

Since I’m affiliate to said web-site which asks for verification to be sure that I’m that said person and that said person uses a web-site (for a example wordpress.com) then the said person has to edit <header> or upload HTML file to hosting company, nor give it to a person who can help him/her with that.

Therefore I want to use my wordpress to finish my affiliated site so people could use my shop, because currently if I give them the said link, they cannot buy anything through that given link since shop link doesn’t work cause I haven’t finished what it was asking for “Verification”, so I’d like to know if I can make it work.. If not them I’m very sorry I have to drop the service and find a better place where I can do so. Have a nice day and thanks for the service which really didn’t help unfortunately, and if its a blog, why people are able to make it “Website” ? Peace out!

Your “blog” is a “web site” – what you want to do can’t be done at WordPress.COM. It also sounds like you might have a Terms of Service issue also that could get your site suspended

Good luck with your next host

LOL! I have ‘some’ Terms of Service issues. Do you even realize how many people in this world don’t give single crap about it? Neither do I but I know about them because ALL THE WEBSITES USE SAME EXACT ToS .. but only difference they make is something which cannot put to words, which comes down to they modify them.

This can be closed, because since you ‘think’ that I have some ToS Issues, then I think you need to realize that nobody really cares about it… Not even own government. Have a nice day. “Smart” people!
