setting up multiple sites with premium account
-
I would like to set up at least two different sites and purchase the premium account. Can you have two different sites on one account?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello exploredive,
You can have multiple sites on your WordPress.com account, but you purchase a plan for each one separately.
For example you could have one site with a Free Plan, another with a Premium, and yet a third with a Business Plan all on one account.
Hope that clarifies things

Hi @exploredive,
To add onto @sarahfoxgreenlee post, here are a few links you can look at to:
A plan is valid for one WordPress.com site. So if you had three sites in your account and wanted Personal plan features for them all, you would need to purchase a plan for each site.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Dashboard> Store > My Upgrades
https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/Premium bundle details http://store.wordpress.com/plans/premium/
Business bundle details http://store.wordpress.com/plans/business/Note that each upgrade applies to a single blog only and is for a single year only when it is due to be renewed.

Thank you all for responding.
If I already own a domain for one of my sites and want to purchase the personal plan will my website be shown as example.com rather than example.wordpress.com ?

You would need to purchase a personal plan to map the domain you own to your WordPress.com site.
Here is the support page detailing how to do that process.
