setting up my menu

    I’m having trouble with my menu. I’ve currently got one menu item – Destinations, but when I try to post a page and attach it to that heading it doesn’t work. I’ve also tried to add other headings in addition to Destinations with no luck. It looks so easy in the ‘how to’ videos, but I can’t figure it out. I’d like to have Destinations be my blog, and have three other categories where I just have pages. Can you help?
