  Hello I’m the owner of a website thats is on wix I decided to change and go on wordpress for the moment my website is still up and I am using a temporary domain to work on the design and setting up everything but I was wondering if I could change the domain once its done without losing everything ?

  Yes, you can do that. When you’re done building your new site you can transfer your domain and your temp address will automatically be redirected to it. Your content will remain unaffected.
