I’m completely uneducated in this subject. I bought a domain name and hosting from GoDaddy. What do i do next to get the website online?

For advice on setting up your unnamed GoDaddy site using the WordPress.org software you’ll need to ask them. WordPress.com and GoDaddy are two completely different places.
