Setting up new primary site

I have been on WordPress in the past with titles on ‘cars will disappear’ and Jimcares. I don’t want any reference to those previous sites. I want to start a clean new site entitled ‘Driverless and Roblotic Cars’ and the system will not let me start fresh. I tried doing that but the system will not let me use my same email address, saying that address is already taken by my old sites. What do I have to do?

Without logging in register a new account using a different email address and register a blog under it.Option 2
