Setting up new site

    I am attempting to set up a new site I am completely confused. I have a screenshot that demonstrates the problem but I can find no way of attaching it to this post. I am attempting to use the free plan which means that I have to approve a URL supplied by WordPress. This URL consists of my site name followed a number and WordPress provides two choices. I have no idea of the implications of the site names nor why I should be presented with two candidate URL’s and I have no idea what to choose.

    If wordpress.com offers you a domain name with numbers, e.g. (email visible only to moderators and staff), it means the the original domainname.wordpress.com has already been taken.
