setting up new site now cant access

  I was trying to set up a new blog, entered the new address in I wanted (which it said was available) then lost internet connection and when I signed back into to try to continue it is saying the username is taken and when you go to the address it has an example site but I can’t access it? Have tried deleting cache etc and still no luck. I just wanted to contact someone to ask how to free it up again!

  Were you able to register it before the internet connection was lost?

  If yes, check the account under which you registered it. You must sign into the account which registered it in order to use it.

  If none of the above is valid, are you sure the address which showed up as ‘available’ is exactly the address you’re trying to register now, and there weren’t any spelling mistakes?

  Either way, if the address is unavailable, and you don’t have access to the account under which it is registered, you can’t use it.
