Setting up new web site

    Yesterday I obtained a domain name through wordpress. When I try to set up a new web site (have not purchased one because I can’t get that far), I enter the basic information and the go to the next page. I try to give it a name using my domain name and get an error message stating it is already assigned to a wordpress page. Problem is, I have no page.

    What is the site address that you’re trying to use? When a new account is registered, the matching site address is automatically reserved. To me, it sounds like you started but then maybe came back and signed in to a different account or created a duplicate one – and when in that account, you get the message about the site address already being reserved.
