setting up new website then transferring domain name

I want to set up a new wordpress site. I have a temporary free domain name…www.heidiharfcom.wordpress.com
I bought wordpress templets through envato. Before I transfer my current domain name (www.heidiharf.com) from zenfolio to wordpress, I want the new site to be set up. But I am having a hard time importing the templetes and getting started.
has anyone had this issue before? -
Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
