  I am trying to set up a new page for a blog, I have already paid account, however, I am being asked for an additional payment. The page is prompting me to enter in the card information again. Can you please assist me in setting up the account with paying twice.

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com, and http://trustbrandblog.wordpress.com/ is on the free plan.

  You don’t need to purchase any upgrades in order to set up a site on WordPress.com.
