Setting up permissions for a second person to publish

  Hi,

  I have a wordpress blog and all is fine for me.

  I want to set up a second person with their own password to be able to publish to the blog. How do I do that?

  I was able to set up a second person to write articles, but they can only submit them for review. I want the second person to be able to publish.

  What are the different roles?

  Publishing permission would be author, editor or admin.

  Choose wisely grasshopper :-)
