Setting up separate topic pages within a blog

  I am finding that as I now have over 150 post on my blog it is becoming increasingly difficult for visitors to navigate their way round.

  Is it possible to set up separate thematic pages on my blog to group disparate posts together?

  Is so, how do I then allocate existing post to these pages?
