Setting up site with BuddyBoss template

    Hi!
    I’m setting up a new site, and I need some advise.

    Current state:
    1. I have the domain already from elsewhere
    2. I have purchased BuddyBoss template to be used
    3. I need to upgrade my site to allow using BuddyBoss template

    What are the steps to and order of the steps to?:
    – Upgrade the site to Pro without paying for extra domain? Is Pro the right choice?
    – How do I pay monthly fee instead of yearly fee?
    – Set my domain to point to this site. How?
    – To start using BuddyBoss template with the upgraded site?

    Happy to help you with this.

    – Upgrade the site to Pro without paying for extra domain? Is Pro the right choice?

    You can upgrade to the Pro plan via Upgrades > Plans, and there would be no obligation to purchase a domain if you have one already in mind.

    The Pro plan would be necessary in order to install a theme onto the site.

    – How do I pay monthly fee instead of yearly fee?

    A monthly theme is not available on the Pro plan.

    – Set my domain to point to this site. How?

    A domain can be connected as per these instructions: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

    – To start using BuddyBoss template with the upgraded site?
