Setting up Subscriptions

  Hi guys & Girls.
  Can anybody explain to me in “Dummy” terms how to set up so people can sunbscribe to my blog please?

  I’ve read a few things & tried a few things, and to honest I’m in a little over my head.

  If you look at the footer of your blog you will find there is a RSS feed for entries and for comments. If you want to set up subscription by email for your readers here are the instructions http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/11/how-can-i-offer-email-updates/ and if you want to put an RSS feed in your sidebar here are the instructions http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/23/put-your-feed-in-your-sidebar/

  I have followed the instructions for setting up a feed in my sidebar and while the text part appears (e.g. “Subscribe by Feed”) the actual RSS logo does not. I have typed the code in EXACTLY as it says to do so in the above “put your feed in sidebar” instrucitons like 10 times and it still isn’t working. I’m sure I must be doing something wrong. Can someone help me? thanks!!!

  Are you including the img src syntax?
