Setting up the carousel of images on my homepage

  How do you create a carousel of images on your homepage? I set up the Oxygen theme for this website and it’s advertised on the Live Demo to have a revolving carousel of images on its homepage. I want this instead of the Header Image I have right now so it can showcase my latest articles. How do I go about setting this up? I can’t seem to find it on my dashboard.

  Hi there,

  Take a look at the “Showcase Page Template” and “Featured Images” parts on the theme’s documentation page here: http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/oxygen/

  It should show you how to create the carousel.

  I’ve tried creating a page using the Showcase Page Template and I still can’t get the carousel. Very frustrating!

  So if I understand correctly, the steps are:

  1) Use the Showcase page template

  2) Choose some posts to be displayed in the carousel, and set each of those as a Sticky Post

  3) Add Featured Images to the posts on #2 so the carousel can have some images to be displayed

  Anything I can help regarding any of those steps?
