Setting up Vodcast…how on wordpress?

    Hey everyone,
    We are wanting to set up our episodes of our webseries on our wordpress blog and list them with iTunes. Would prefer to use a .mp4 file. But understand we might need to embed from UTube, but don’t want to loose quality. We host the episodes on Vimeo for our stand alone site.

    Do we need to use a service like Feedburner? We are completely ignorant when it comes to this, which is frustrating because we know its probably simple.

    Any help with how to embed, or whatever is need would be very very helpful and appreciated.
