Setting up Widgets and links within a post not working

  Hi there, I changed my theme from Masthead to Twenty Ten and when I did I could drag and drop widgets in to the sidebar. So i changed back to Masthead and the same problem exists. The widget option does not “sit” in the sidebar. Also when i changed back to Masthead theme I am unable to add a link to either content on another post or to any website using the “link” button.
  Please help as all my widgets have disappeared including the “subscribe to this blog” button. I’ve written to “Contact SUpport” 3 days ago and got no response.
  Is there a bug on my page? Can someone pls help. Many thanks, gayatri

  Sorry for the typo above in the first line i meant that I COULD NOT drag and drop widgets in to the sidebar.

  Dashboard related flakiness is most often cured by logging out of wordpress, clearing your browser cache and cookies, restarting your browser and then going back in. Give that a try and see if that does not fix things for you.
