  Hi, I’m new to wordpress and have a couple of questions:-

  My domain was hosted by another web design provider but is inactive at the moment. What is the process for reactivating it and moving it to wordpress?

  When the domain is activated, you can map the domain as per these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Please note that the site would need to be on a paid plan in order to set a custom domain.
