Setting up WordPress.com site from a backup.

    I would like to setup a wordpress.com site from an existing separate wordpress installation backup. How do I do that?

    I’m not sure what kind of backup I have. Hence, I also need help in identifying the exact type of the backup.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
