Setting WordPress name servers with registrar throws error message
-
Hi!
I want map my existing domain demokratie4punkt0.de to my blog demokratie4punkt0.wordpress.comAs instructed, I try to change NS records for this domain to:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMbut the registrar gives an error message:
“Error checking SOA levels on the primary name server. Please check your domain is entered correctly into the name server and activated.”
The registrar’s support says that they can’t do anything about it. So WordPress.com would need to enter my domain name into the name server for the redirect to work.
Can you please do this?
Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This has been tagged for staff attention so hopefully one of them will look in on this and see what is going on shortly.

I have manually added a zone record for your domain.
You should now be able to map it here following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
