You’re wordpress.com usernname is linked to a livejournal blog. This is the wordpress.com support forum. Please post the complete and clickable URL for the blog to which you refer starting with http://

Sorry, I thought when I clicked which wordpress blog I was referring to in the drop down menu when I got into this forum, that it automatically showed it.

    It is:

    http://cityacademy.wordpress.com/

See > Dashboard – left hand side – bottom of column http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/

Thanks. That’s where I looked multiple times (I have other blogs and they appear there), but it’s not there.

Did you use two different email addresses? The unique identifier here is the email address. If you are signed into wordpress.com and you start a new blog it ought appear in the drop down menu with the others. However, if you were signed out of wordpress.com when you created it and you used a different email address this would be the result. I think you need St6aff assistance http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

lol “St6aff ” was a typo I meant to type “Staff” – sorry

You hit it – I had originally used another email address – thanks so much!

Guess I am in the same boat. Signed up for blog, received email announcing I successfully signed up and to click on link to log in. Once logged in, I find no “Settings”. Hmmm, big mess, just went to my other blog and see all settings missing? Did I overwrite by adding new blog (grr)

    Any suggestions

    Suggestions:
    (1) Either post the complete and clickable URL for the blog in question starting with http:// when you post to this forum, or link it too your username. :)
Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard > Users> Your Profile. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ and fill in the complete and clickable URL for the blog in question starting with http:// and then click ‘Update Profile‘.

    (2) Always provide details. I’m not clear if what you mean by “Guess I am in the same boat.” If that means you have two accounts and two different email addresses as did the original poster of this thread then you know what to do to sort it (see above).

    (3) If that’s not what you mean then it’s possible that you have not logged into the dashboard for your blog but have logged into to the global dashboard instead. If so then next to “My Account” in the gray admin bar, click on “My Dashboards” and select your blog.
