"settings" config for home page

I changed the settings on my wordpress config and now I get an “internal server error” and I am not able to undo the setting.
On WordPress “settings” config for home page, I changed it from
http://Www.changeandsustain.com
To
http://Www.changeandsustain.com/home/I cannot login to change the config because it tries to go to a blog URL that does not exist.
