Settings for order of comments

  I would like to have the Comments start at the top with the freshest/newest and have the original first comment be at the bottom of the list of comments, but where is the setting for that?

  I searched through all of the sections for Settings but could find nothing on changing the order of comments. Where should I be looking?

  check out comment settings -> Other comment settings ->
  Break comments into pages with top level comments
  (#) per page
  and the (last or first) page displayed by default
  Comments should be displayed with the (<strpmg>older or newer</strong) comments at the top of each page
